Sliders
3 packets Wholewheat Blue Ribbon Squares
300g pork, cooked and shredded
125ml (½ cup) BBQ sauce
10ml (2 tsp) Worcestershire sauce
60ml (¼ cup) butter, melted
2.5ml (½ tsp) poppy seeds
Coleslaw
125ml (½ cup) mayonnaise
15ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
15ml (1 tbsp) apple cider vinegar
5ml (1 tsp) garlic powder
2.5ml ( ½ tsp) salt
Method
1 packet (250g) coleslaw
Preheat the oven on 180oC
For the coleslaw, place all the ingredients in a big bowl and combine well.
For the sliders, line the breads and layer the bread with shredded pork. Combine the BBQ sauce and Worchester sauce in a bowl and drizzle over the pork. Layer with the coleslaw mixture and close the sliders. Combine the butter and poppy seeds and brush over the tops of the sliders.
Line a tray with baking paper and place the sliders on top. Bake until golden, 10 minutes.
