Ingredients
1 packet Blue Ribbon Wholewheat Squares
1 cup Baby Spinach leaves
125g Plain Cream cheese
100g White cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Red chilli flakes
Method
Finely shred the spinach, add the grated cheese and corn.
Stir to combine well.
Separate the squares, add the filling to one square and close with the other.
Brush with a little melted butter on each side of the square
Place in a preheated griddle pan. Turn over once each side has browned and the cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.
