Ingredients
6 Blue Ribbon White Squares
12 slices ham
12 slices salami
12 slices pepperoni large rounds
6 slices Edam cheese
1/2 cup sliced roasted red & yellow peppers
2 Jalapeños, sliced into 1/2 cm slices
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 Tbs Italian herbs
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Layer the bottom of the dish with the 6 bottoms slices.
3. Next layer the ham, salami and pepperoni slices.
4. Then top with the Edam cheese slices.
5. Sprinkle with the roasted pepper slices and top with a scattering of Jalapeños.
6. Top with the slices.
7. Mix the melted butter and the herbs together and brush over with butter.
8. Cover with Tinfoil and bake in the oven for 25-30mins.
9. Remove from the oven and brush with more butter if needed.
