Dip and dunk Sandwich Square fingers

An irresistible savoury snack made using baked Blue Ribbon Squares cut into fingers for a crispy bite, to dunk into a variety of dips.

2 Blue Ribbon Brown Sandwich Squares
Olive oil
Salt and pepper for taste


  1. Open a Sandwich Square and lightly toast each half. Butter or brush with olive oil and cut the toasts into fingers.
  2. Alternatively, open and cut the Sandwich Squares into fingers and arrange in a single layer, inner side, facing up, on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 180°C for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Dunk into savoury dips like hummus.
Spread with paté.
Add to canapes, crudité and snack platters.
Pop them into lunch boxes.
Top with sweet treats, such as peanut butter and jam.
