Coconut S’more Sarmie


1 Blue Ribbon Square
8 tbsp chocolate spread
8 marshmallows
1 cup coconut shavings


  1. Scatter coconut shavings into a dry pan and toast on medium to high heat
  2. Keep a close eye on your coconut, carefully shaking the pan until all theĀ shavings are golden brown
  3. Remove coconut from pan and set aside to cool
  4. Separate the Blue Ribbon Square into slices and cut each one into quarters
  5. Place 2 marshmallows on each quarter of the bottom slice
  6. Pop them in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to get the marshmallow a little gooey
  7. Place the extra 4 quarters on each of the melted marshmallows
  8. Cover the outside of your sarmie entirely with chocolate spread
  9. Roll it in the toasted coconut flakes
